Law@Work (en haar dochter Trust@Work), zijn dan ook trots op het programma, en zij bewaakt de kwaliteit daarvan.
Zo vindt er na afloop van de cursus een afsluitende toets plaats, waarbij het team dat bij de toetsing betrokken is altijd een aantal hoogleraren, doctoren, en praktijkspecialisten bevat. Op deze wijze kan worden aangenomen dat het niveau van de cursus gewaarborgd is. De toets bestaat uit twee afzonderlijke onderdelen: (i) een schriftelijk onderdeel waarin de student 20 meerkeuzevragen krijgt voorgelegd; en (ii) een mondeling onderdeel waarin de student door twee examinatoren wordt geïnterviewd over ten minste twee vakgebieden.

Deze cursus bestaat uit 18 verschillende modules en levert 54 HQ-trainingspunten op.

De lesonderdelen behandelen contractrecht, fiscaal recht, boekhouding, ondernemingsrecht, ethiek en toezicht, evenals de ontwikkeling van soft skills. Een palet aan themas’ dat de “awareness” van de deelnemers vergroot. Allereerst omdat ze in hun eigen discipline worden bijgeschoold, maar ook omdat er op deze wijze meer begrip ontstaat voor de werkzaamheden van hun collega’s. Een beproefde aanpak die tot tevreden deelnemers leidt!

Om het concept voor zowel de werkgevers als de werknemers financieel interessant te houden, is er voor gekozen om de cursussen – waarvan de helft van het aantal (inclusief) diner “live” staat gepland in BCN Arena te Amsterdam – op donderdagmiddagen/donderdagavonden van 16.30 uur -20.00 uur te laten plaatsvinden. Een gedeelte dus tijdens werktijd en een gedeelte buiten reguliere werktijd. De trustwerknemer is dan niet een volledig dagdeel afwezig. Het examen, vindt wel op de vrije dag van de trustwerknemer plaats, op een zaterdag.

De kosten?
Law at Work rekent voor de gehele cursus inclusief examen euro 4350 Ex btw per deelnemer.
Echter, wanneer de deelnemer is ingeschreven voor 15 mei 2026, dan geeft Law@Work /Trust at Work een korting van maar liefst 10 %. Dus wees er snel bij.

De doorgang hangt af van het aantal ingeschreven deelnemers.
De “go -no- go” wordt uiterlijk op 15 augustus 2026 meegedeeld, of zoveel eerder als het minimum aantal deelnemers is gehaald.

In collaboration with Law @ Work B.V., Holland Quaestor has developed a course over the past 10 years titled: Multidisciplinary Trust Officer Training (MOTO).

During these years, frequent consultations have taken place between the initiators of this course and HQ to align the program as closely as possible with the wishes of HQ and those working in the trust practice.

Law@Work (and its subsidiary Trust@Work) are therefore proud of the program, and they safeguard its quality.

For instance, a final assessment takes place at the end of the course, in which the team involved in the assessment always includes a number of professors, doctors, and practice specialists. In this way, the standard of the course can be assumed to be guaranteed. The assessment consists of two separate parts: (i) a written section in which the student is presented with 20 multiple-choice questions; and (ii) an oral section in which the student is interviewed by two examiners on at least two subject areas.

This course consists of 18 different modules and yields 54 HQ training points.

The course modules cover contract law, tax law, accounting, corporate law, ethics and supervision, as well as the development of soft skills. A range of themes that increases the participants’ awareness. First of all, because they receive further training in their own discipline, but also because this creates a greater understanding of the work of their colleagues. A proven approach that leads to satisfied participants!

To keep the concept financially attractive for both employers and employees, it was decided to hold the courses—half of which (including dinner) are scheduled to take place “live” at BCN Arena in Amsterdam—on Thursday afternoons/Thursday evenings from 16:30 to 20:00. Part of the course therefore takes place during working hours and part outside regular working hours. The trust employee is thus not absent for a full half-day. The exam, however, takes place on the trust employee’s day off, which is a Saturday.

The costs?

Law at Work charges € 4,350 excluding VAT per participant for the entire course, including the exam.

However, if the participant is registered before May 15, 2026, Law@Work / Trust at Work offers a discount of no less than 10%. So act fast.

The course will proceed depending on the number of registered participants.

 The “go-no-go” decision will be announced no later than August 15, 2026, or sooner if the minimum number of participants is reached.
